50 m2 apartment for 2/4 people on the ground floor, overlooking the swimming pool, made up of: bedroom with double bed, large living room with kitchenette (double sofa bed), bathroom with shower. – internal services: wi-fi internet, satellite TV, pots, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, four burners, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, linen (small, medium and large towels, for each guest , sheets), heating (from October to April: charged on consumption € 5.50 m3); on request, cots (€ 20) and high chairs for children can be provided – external services for the exclusive use of the apartment (from May to September): an umbrella near the pool with chairs and sunbeds and a portion of the garden equipped with a wooden gazebo , dining table and barbecue. – shared external services: (from May to September) fenced swimming pool (open from 9 am to sunset) with external showers; equipped garden with large masonry gazebo, armchairs, outdoor sofas and tables, sunbeds. Free parking area (unguarded). – the rate includes: water, electricity, gas (kitchen and hot water), weekly change of linen – the rate does not include the cost of final cleaning (€ 100). the cost for gas for heating use is also excluded (from October to April), to be applied according to consumption (€ 5.50 m3) – the tourist tax is excluded (currently not applied) – 30% deposit to be released upon booking * – € 200 deposit to be released upon arrival (to be returned after checking the apartment) -check-in: from 3pm to 7pm / check-out: by 10am -pets not allowed -smoking is prohibited in the apartments *The remaining 70% is to be paid 20 days before check-in, under penalty of loss of the reservation and deposit. In the event that the future renter cancels the reservation before sixty (60) days of the expected arrival, he will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid for the reservation. Cancellations made before thirty (30) days of the scheduled arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the deposit amount. Cancellations made after these deadlines involve the loss of the entire amount of the deposit or the advance fee. Leaving before the deadline does not guarantee any return of the stipulated rental.
